Anyone ever build their own surrogator?

Just like the title says. Found the propane heater linkage, plus the feeder and waterer would be easy to replicate. Just wondering if someone has built one, and has pics. Once I see it, I could probably build one based on a tractor frame. Have a 100 acre spot I'd like to populate.

I Googled it and found this great explanation of what it is.

They are used to acclimate Quail chicks to an outdoor range so they stay in that area.

Basically a self contained brooder box that gets set out in the area where you want to release the birds. It provides for food, cover, water and warmth.
