Anyone ever criticize you about having to many animals...

I would say that if your animals are all taken care of and paying your own bills, etc, it is NONE of their business.

My Dad used to criticize me all the time for having too many animals, even if I only had one or two. I've always been pretty brow beaten by my biological family, my dad included.
One day he made the mistake of making a comment about it to my DH, who was then my fiance. My DH told him, look these are her animals, she cares for them, cleans up after them and buys all their necessaries. She could have a 100 animals and it wouldn't be anyone's business but hers and mine.
Dad hasn't said a word since.
