Ahhhhh. At the risk of repeating myself, there are no withdrawals for chickens or any other food animals established for praziquantel in the US because of the bad residue clearance. And that is not for lack of trying by drug companies. The FDA will not approve it because of the residues. It's not legal for use in food animals. Not sure how long you'd have to wait, but long. I would not use it, and do not recommend using it for any food animal that you plan to eat eggs or meat from. If you need to treat for tapes, I'd recommend fenbendazole. All of this being said, it is given to people for tapeworm infections.
Pyrantel is short-acting and widely used in chickens but not for debilitated birds, I would toss eggs for 2 weeks.
Toltrazuril has a pretty long half-life and I would not give it to chickens because you can get amprolium and that works fine, and there's no withdrawal established for toltrazuril yet in the US. I suspect there will be at some point in the near future, but why gamble with your food when there's a safe alternative?
So...I vote no.
