Silly Cookie had a relapse in her ability to understand the concept of going South in order to turn the corner to go North to go to bed.
She has been doing it just fine and then forgot. Or she is playing me. Either is possible!
She can definitely see.
She also is now able to use the feeder but forgets how to do that sometimes too.

Some of them are just challenged in roosting. Niamh was back in her nest last night.

I am sort of solo these days. My friend Scott the handyman dropped down dead with no warning.
It is a few months ago now and I miss him. Yes he was my handyman and I need to replace him, but he was also my buddy.
I was missing him today because tonight is a supermoon and we always traded messages about cool night sky stuff like meteor showers and eclipses.

I am so very sorry to hear this. How tragic.

Yes. He always shared his lunch with the chickens and they knew the sound of his truck (distinct from any other truck) and would rush out to greet him.
Sorry, didn’t mean to drag everyone down.
I think this was the first day in the house that Scott built.
