Anyone feeding sprouted seed to there newborn chicks?

Anyone feeding sprouted seeds to there newborn chicks?
If so how old do they have to be before you feed them?

i have some wheat,oats and black sunflower that is sprouted i feed the adult hens.

I have been sprouting off and on for me and the girls who are at 20 weeks. They ate every scrap! I have used mung beans.

I sprouted some wheat in meat trays on my patio and the chicks found them and stole the lot when they were about 6 weeks old. Mine love cooked rice, too, so I make them cold rice salad on hot days.
