Anyone from PA around the PGH area help!

ok so I don't actually need help but man do I want it! you see there's a county fair in Fayette county (it has a web site) and as much as everyone loves chickens they have no place for quail... yet.

If we call and harass them enough they said they will put one in for next year!! It would be so much fun to meet all the quail people and there lovely quail at this thing!

so please If your bored and on here why not go on there web site and shoot them a request for a quail show.

do the quails have to be NPIP tested and all that good stuff before they can attend? If so I can't do it until I decide to get NPIP'ed which wont be for another 3 months or more (waiting for my chickens to mature)
