Anyone get to point they have to many eggs? 😂😂

I currently have only 5 layers at mo they lay brown blue and green every day this week i didnt fancy having eggs so got 35 sitting their havin to give some to family so get used do u lot get that problem? I know i only have 5 layers out of 10 chickens currently and some u got loads more lol

That's how you stay on good terms with your neighbors, give them eggs regularly!

I have a husband who loves to eat eggs, so I don't have a problem, then I have friends who are always begging for eggs.

Also good to give eggs to any services you get as a tip. I give to my daughter's teachers, massage therapist, gardener etc.

I had a store of 10 dozen eggs at the beginning of summer. Couldn't give them away. Saved a lot on dog food.

Between 7 guinea hens and 10 chicken hens laying we always have lots of eggs. We just brought 8 dozen to family for an omelette bar. Haha.
Once my other 9 pullets start laying I’ll have to start selling eggs. I really didn’t think about what I was going to do with all the eggs when I was ordering chickens

I donated some of my extra's this past summer to the local food pantry when everyone was in lock down and egg's were hard to find in supply at the stores.
