Nope.
Just a new spin on an old concept. Doesn't appear it would be very waste proof either.
$99 isn't a good deal for it IMO. I'd go with a DIY for much less and better results.

Oh look! They made a big hole for rats and mice to crawl in! At least that's what would happen if I left that thing or any feeder in my coop or run over night. I would love to not have to feed the chickens every morning but I love not having rodents around more.
