Anyone going to watch the meteor shower tonight?

There is too much light pollution here from those orange lights on the freeway. Best falling star show I ever saw was in Heber Overgaard, but the howling coyotes scared everyone back in to the house.

It can't be that much cooler down there... Like I said, it's 68 and breezy out there right now...

Beautiful sky... wish I had a telescope to look a Jupiter. Moon is no where in site... just past the new moon... you can see lots of fall stars out there. I'll bet you'd really see a show in Tombstone... not enough light pollution from Tucson to make a difference down there.

psstttt. its 54 degrees here. sweetheart we get snow in december... we are about 15-20 degrees lower than you at all times.

I just went out for a bit and got to see 2. Too bad my kids are already sleeping, or i'd stay up for it. BUT my son wakes up at 530am... soooo im not down with 4 hours of sleep..... (1am is supposed to be the peak of the shower). DARN
