do not stop putting water in - It looks like you have been running humidity in the right range so far, the two right egg pictures look great.
The first picture however I see a problem. I am guessing the air cell is in the pointy egg of the egg as it isn't in the big end you are candling?
From day 18 onwads you raise humidity to 65%+. You can always use a piece of cardboard to prop the lid up ever so slightly to lower humidity if you overshoot it. Use the water trays and ventilation to control humidity, opening it up a notch will lower humidity.
