This poor chick is really struggling. It hatched out at 3:12 this afternoon, it has this "bottom sore" and he has not walked or moved around really at all. So far I put corn starch on his bum blew dry it and gave him sugar water. Is there anything else I can do for him?

well i just found out that most of the eggs are being shipped tomorrow (thanks mj) and i'm not too sure about the other set. we will still be close on the time frame tho... i can't wait

OMG! From what I can see that looks like part of the yolk. I would leave it along and wait to see if there are any changes. Some times after they pip and zip they are just dog tired. But the second picture looks good.
