Anyone hatching around the 23rd?

Well my final count is out of 13 shipped bcm eggs 7 were fertile 6 have hatched one is rocking out of the 6 5 have feathered feet! And my barnyard mix out of 6, 5 were fertile 100% hatch!

my barnyard mix looks to have mamas of barred rock 2, buff barhma 1, RIR 1, White Leghorn 1. And daddy was all EE (our only rooster).

well just got home 3 hatched so far and 4 pipping sooo cool will try and get some pics not all dry yet!

well now that everyone is fluffy I miss counted

i have 5 black copper marans not 6 I think with them all huddled close I acidently counted a barred rock as a bcm haha soo 5 bcm for me the last egg I cracked the end open it was a dead chick looks to have stopped growing for whatever reason around day 15. I thought it was rocking earlier but it must have been all the movement from the other chicks that rocked the egg.

so 5 of 13 eggs and 6 of those were fertile not a great rate of hatch but better than my last shipped eggs. And I'm about to do it all again because I have 7 more bcm due next thursday from a different breeder for change in blood line!

I had 7 eggs under a first time broody due to hatch today. I candled a couple days ago. Four were clear. I tossed those. I just reached under her (got pecked) pulled out an egg & it is pipped!!!! I put the egg back. I hope to see 3 chickies in the morning.

I took the turner out of the bator this morning. Added more water. I am now in the hands off
just wait it out stage. 11 growing araucana eggs. Due sat.

I got pips!!

Just got home from work and at least 5 of the pheasant eggs are pipped. I don't see any pips in the chicken eggs but they have moved from where they were this morning, so I'm pretty sure they're still alive. Hope to have fluffy butt pics to share later tonight or tomorrow morning.
