thebanthams it is very confusing this is also my first hatch ever dont know what the hatch day is guess ill have to wait and see and did u set ur eggs sunday to

If you set them on a Sunday the hatch date is the same hour the same day. So if you set them on Sunday at 6:00 pm the hatch date would be the 4th Sunday at 6:00 PM. It is confusing but if your temp was a little low they could take a few extra days also when I see mine rocking they still have a couple days to go before you get a pip. The movement is usually the chicklet getting into the right spot to internally pip then it takes a good day from internal to external then a good day to zip

someone tell me what pipping and zipping are please

They do two kinds of piping. Internal is first and it is when they break through the inner membrane. External is next and is when they break a small whole through the outside egg shell. Zipping is when they literally break a seam around the center of the egg to come out and play

Thank you so much. Helpful information. Now I can understand what people are writing

Melissa,
Did you get your BLRW eggs shipped?
If so, can you tell me from whom you bought them?
We're thinking about BLRWs.
thanks
