Anyone Hatching on the 4th?

AHHH! How cool....and they are hatching on almost the same day! It will be fun to compare our babies! Yes, I candled them. I started with 12 eggs from MP and am down to 5. These ones look great! How about you....Have you candled your eggs?

I candled on day 10, and they didn't look too promising. I haven't candled again. I'm afraid the PO may have scrambled them. I'll candle again before I put them in the hatcher. I'm afraid to, I'll be so disappointed if there's nothing. But that's the way it goes. I hatched a couple of chicks from her eggs a few months ago, so I always have those. So glad your 5 look promising. Sure hope they hatch for you!

I am sorry. I hope your eggs hatch! I would be so disappointed if none of them hatched too. Waiting all this time, and then nothing. So........only good hatching "vibes" here.

I am worried, but I think some of that is beginner worry. I worry about doing everything just right. I have been noticing today that for the first time my humidity and temperature have been slowing creeping up. So, I am watching it closely. I don't want anything to happen at the end.

I only have 1 incubator, so I won't be moving them. Does it matter?
I will adjust them all tomorrow in an egg carton. What do you up the humidity to on day 18?

Oh, no, it doesn't matter. You just stop turning. And the humidity should be about 65-70% on day 18. Some go up to 75%.

I have mille fleur d'uccles due on the 5th. I started with 14, and now I have 12. Let's just hope I don't kill these too!

My eggs seem to die a few days before hatcher time!

I got mine off ebay. There was one that was cracked when I got them, and one that didn't develop, and one that quit early on. But the order was for 12, she sent 15, and I have 12 developing, so pretty good so far! Now let's just hope they really are millies!

I've heard some bad things about ebay sellers! But I've heard good things as well!
