it is my first hatch EVER!!
im verrry veryy excited .
anyone can join this thread!!!

if you have used this incubator before PLEASEEE HELP MMEEE!.
QUESTIONS:
do i fill both pots to the top?
do i take the tray out?
after 21 days do i turn the incubator off?
when do i take chicks out?

Dont know the details of your incubator, but don't turn it off! :)
The chicks can stay in the bator for 24-48 hours after hatching.
Once the pipping has started, don't open the bator, it will cause the humidity to drop and can shrink wrap pipped chicks!

Exciting time! Best of luck with your hatch!

I am locking down saturday, should see some new fuzzbutts monday-tuesday

I am expecting some buff orps too!

GREATTTT.. THANKS
ONE MORE QUESTION, I SETTED THEM 2 SUNDAYS AGO SO IF I COUNT THAT SUNDAY TODAY IS 19 DAY AND IF I COUNT FROM MONDAY TODAY IS 18 DAY,
SHOULD I SET THEM IN LOCKDOWN NOW?
I WAS GONNA CALL MY INCUBATORE COMPANY FOR COUPLE QUESTION AND THEN PUT IN LOCKDOWN.
WHATS YOUR OPINION?

AND DONT FORGET TO PUT PICTURES UP!!!

I've used a Brinsea 20 Eco before but not the mini. I'm not sure how that one works at all. I'm using a Little Giant. I have 13 eggs due to hatch this coming up Sunday. Lockdown begins tomorrow for me. I have some Blue Laced Red Wyandotte eggs, a few from my EE, one mystery hen egg (looks like a small version of a Buff Orpington). It'll be interesting to see what hatches out this weekend! I'm hoping for a better hatch than last weekend. I only got two chicks out of 6 eggs. I guess two is better than none though!
As for your questions, you can take the chicks out of the incubator once they are completely dry and fluffed out. I usually wait until everyone has hatched to move them. Some eggs can hatch as late as day 25 so give any unhatched eggs a little more time just to be sure your not throwing out a live chick!
Once the entire hatch is finished you'll want to unplug and clean the incubator thoroughly before setting it back up to hatch again! Good luck with your babies!
Here are the two that hatched out last weekend! The one to the left is a pure BLRW. The one to the right comes from a EE hen and a BLRW rooster. It is possible its dad could be my little bantam, but from the looks of his comb, he's mixed with the BLRW.

There is a Mother's Day Hatch post where there are a number of people talking about their eggs.

Mine should hatch Saturday. 38 Barred Rock. :jumpy

I saw the mother's day hatch, but too late to join

. These last days in lockdown go by soooo slow. I can't wait to see some action in there!!!

I thought I'd let you know that my eggs are talking. The chicks can cheep as soon as they break into the air cell. Start listening to your eggs tomorrow. I didn't know that they did that until I was ironing close to the incubator and was surprised by a cheep. I didn't expect them to hatch for 2 more days. The did hatch the next day.

DO NOT OPEN THE INCUBATOR TO LISTEN.
