I do and I'm in NJ. So if you're ever down this way, they're here. 2013 hatched here by their mama...I'm in 08865 btw.....if you do ever come to NJ. $60/pair.

there are some online sights but the shipping is insane. I have found a pair for 200$ though I'm looking for ducklings not adults, so I could bond and tame them at a young start. you mite look for duckling to. Unless you want mandarins just for looks.
