i was wondering if what country do u live in and what can of permit do you have to have

I live in NY and you dont need to have permits to own them.

yeah i think they are legal in every state mine was given to me. I live in Tennessee if that helps

i australia you there are certain parts where u can keep one in yhe few parts tht are allowed to keep one have to have permits to keep it

I believe they are native to Austraila, correct?
That could be why in someplaces you need permits.

yes they are native here most natives here you have to get a permit in order to keep one for some animals you can get the permit over the internet but for others you have to do alot to get a permit

Its pretty much the same here with native animals/reptiles. Altho the laws being passed now make it extreamly hard to own anything exotic. But thankfully sugargliders are not really considered "exotic" for some reason.
