Anyone have an idea on breed?

So I feel like I'm between a rock and a hard place šŸ˜ž this little chick is starting to develop something respiratory. I'm begging to hear clicking when it breaths and watery eyes with mild swelling and mild runny nose. For the safety of my flock I'm going to have to cull šŸ˜¢ I really don't want to and I absolutely hate this part of chicken raising. But I can't risk it. This sucks.

Thank you, I really wanted it to work out. I knew the chance was there when I took it in. I had to at least try. It's at peace now. I'm starting to think that was why it was dumbed šŸ˜ž
