Poor little Hobble (the third chick) hatched with a deformed leg. He quickly adapted and was able to get around really well, all things considered. But I regret to have to report, he didn't make it. I just found him dead in the brooder. He somehow got behind the waterer (which was in the corner) and slipped, falling face first into the waterer. With only one good leg he wasn't able to get back up and died. He was so adorable, though, I have to share some pics and a video if I can get it to upload.

Ugh. Well, I'll upload when I can. I just got a new computer and it's giving me a hard time. 'Bout to head to Thanksgiving (We do things a bit later around here. =P) so I'll try to remember when I get back!

Sorry about hobble I have one with a bad leg to.Just cant bring myself to cull her yet.
One of my babies got away from mama and couldnt get back in.MY dad found her when he let them out for the day. She was almost dead.I give her some sugar water and got her warmed up.She finally quit gasping for air and started running around so i put her back out with mom. Hopefully i have all escape rt fixed.
