I candled my eggs and two had already started internal pips!!!

I cant wait! i hope they hatch. This will be my first hatch in an LG. I was using a reptile pro but the fan broke. Then my other hatcher broke. So i had to put them all in the LG. Ive had steady temps and humidity the whole time! Good Luck to everyone else!!

What do internal pips look like? I'm new to incubating and candling is still a bit tricky for me

I was turning my eggs this morning and I dropped one

it cracked ...no wax so did what I had done once before and taped it! It worked last time but the difference this time is I think the inner membrane may have gotten a split

. I will wait and see. It of course has to be the egg I was using to chart a day by day growth on with pictures on my website

. I hope I didnt just kill it!

From what i gather an internal pip is the chick has its' beak into the air sack, but has not pipped the hard shell. Only seen if egg is candled, but very risky in lockdown.
