Wrap it in a wet paper towl and put it back and try again in about 20 min. Good Luck!!

this is all new for me, i have one pipped, how long before zip? does it just depend on the chick? shes peeping pretty good in there

some zip and pop out in like 2 min. others can take up to 5 hours. It all Depends on the chick lol. GOOD LUCK!!!

Ok soo i counted all the chicks that hatched and are alive. 36 all togeather. 42 counting the Chicks i bought.

It dnt look like 36 chicks in the pic. But it is hahahah
Alot of black ones hatched
Most are Barnyard Mixes.
Like 5 are Thai gamefowl

sorry I can't help, but someone who can needs to know more then shrink wrap and blood. what part of the body is the shrink wrap on? where is the blood coming from?, how is the duck doing overall? just make sure it can breathe and is comfortable and I am sure someone here will get back to you on what to do

Well I am down to 21 eggs now on lockdown and most are rocking and moving everywhere, I thought I was seeing things since I dont really sleep much but sure enough I had my seven year old confirm it AIm not going crazy, or maybe I am but the eggs were moving. Yay!!!! I cant wait maybe hatching this weekend...
