I wonder if bumping up the humidity caused the temp spike??

Im having a hatch tomorrow, today is day 20,temperature at 99.2,humidity at 62% right now. Hope that is good,this is my first time using a incubater. Is good. For day 20?

Sounds good! Are you doing lockdown?
My humidity increased tremendously as the eggs began hatching...

yes been on lock down since Thursday night, just wish I could get the humidity higher tho,

I sprayed (spray bottle) the outside of my styrofoam cooler/incubator with hot water and that helped some. You can also try moving it to the bathroom and running a hot shower. When the chicks start hatching, I bet your humidity jumps up. Mine went up so much so fast last time, that I couldn't even see in the windows.
