The adults in our house hold put our funds together to buy something we all want. One year, it was a freezer. This year, a refrigerator (that isn't currently working GRRR).We are using their run as a composter.. but nothing yucky... this is why we bought the sawdust... told DH a wood chipper is on my Xmas list.... Oh NOOOOOOOOOO, no diamonds for this girl... a wood..mother clucking... chipper....

I want a chipper and a band sawmill. I want to make my own lumber out of our trees for chicken coops! The only person(s) who get Xmas gifts are the PIC, the dogs and cats...... and sometimes DH...... DH has maybe bought me ONE gift throughout our 12 years together... that includes Xmas, birthdays and anniversaries..... he knows I just buy what I want when we have the $$$.. so nothing I *need* at Xmas... well, except a wood chipper!!!... and even THAT can wait until we go through this pile of sawdust we just bought. Ha!!!
This is one of the toys on my wishlist... Brows around their site, it will get you into trouble. The only person(s) who get Xmas gifts are the PIC, the dogs and cats...... and sometimes DH...... My daughter has dermographism. Google it if you like freak of nature stuff. She's had it for 7 years now. Basically her body over produces histamine and you can literally draw on her skin. It's not as bad as it used to be where it would Hive up, but now if she scratches herself or are puts too much pressure on her skin she gets a red spot that will turn white. It goes away after a few minutes but additional pressure causes more histamine to be released so the more she scratches the more she itches. She was on 4 different antihistamines at one point to control it. It's getting better but it's systemic and considered an autoimmune disease. Some people grow out of it other people have it for their entire lives. Because it can be caused by many different things there's really nothing they can do but treat the symptoms. I have some very painful looking photos from years ago. It just started one day after I picked her up from daycare. Hopefully it'll go away completely someday and she'll be able to be normal, but she's not nearly as bad as she used to be.When my daughter was young, she got "itchies" and just could not stop scratching. Benadryl cream did help some.
I would have exactly zero arms left. This is one of the toys on my wishlist... Brows around their site, it will get you into trouble.![]()
