What is the difference in snowflake and regular speckled? Just a whiter/lighter color?

The snowflakes are solid white with black flakes throughout their body, they are a totally different color than the regular mexican speckled. I have the regular mexican speckled and the snowflakes. The snowflakes are beautiful. Unfortunally I do not know how to post pictures on here.​

yea i ordered some a while back like in july from a guy off of ebay and i asked him for the snowflake mexican yadda yadda yadda and so he sent them and i incubate them and there yellow chicks that pop out.... ok so they get theyre feathers and go threw the rest of the year and still NO BLACK.... so im thinking he sent the a&m's but they didnt have the A&m face so idk but anywho the quail died. i dont know why and he will never respond to any of my messages so i dont know
