Anyone have pics of Speckled Sussex crosses?

Oh wow, thanks for reviving this topic. The bird in the last pic is gorgeous-how interesting! I think these crosses are great.

I have ss crossed with other sussex and ss crossed with orp/aussies.I will get some pics today.They are still you as some of the others I have sold allready.

I had some SS/BA cross roosters that had dark red instead of that gold, but it did not make as pretty a picture.

This is a better shot of the SS/BA pullets. Just solid black.

And this is the SS/Del rooster over SS/BA chick at 3 weeks old. Same one as the one above. Pure mutt and no speckling.

Glad this thread got bumped. Any guesses as to what the offspring would look like if I put one of these game roosters over a Speckled Sussex hen?

The white one or the one in the foreground. The one in the middle looking directly at the camera is tommorow nights dinner.

All the big black ones are my Black Orpintons from Sandhill,there is one black one that has white spots its the Orp/sussex.The darker ones seem to be Sussex/Orp as well.
The others are either mixed sussex colors (light,buff or speckled mix).The one white one looks pure light sussex.
They ran from the camera so good pics where hard to get.
