Anyone have plans for a DIY Carolina Coop?

We’ve been looking at the Carolina coops, love the efficiency and look about them. Just WOW at their prices however... We would like to build our own, but can’t seem to find plans for ones like it anywhere. We could probably make due without them with a lot of planning, but if anyone had them that would be great. This is the model we are looking at:

We like the kind with the door for deep litter so it’s easy to clean, and with double doors with a door inside with mesh for the summer, if that makes sense(like the first pic). It doesn’t even have to be quite as fancy with all of the accent strips on the walls, but we really like the efficient design of these without having to pay an arm and a leg for the retailed ones.

CC coop are gorgeous, but their claims for population and bedding regime are overblown.
