I have 1 red and 2 yellow nigerian, 1 egyptian(they get about 18"full grown the egyptian's are the only ones that get really big all others stay about 8-9" or so). I also have a beautiful pair or ornates the male is blue. They all like it really hot. about 130 degrees in the basking spot. Egyptian when young on top of his cave.

The last 2 pictures of the ornates. Old pictures when younger--- much more color in male now. Really blue.

No, Just fell in love with them a few years back and bought a young pair of the ornates. My nigerians 2 yellow male 1 red male 1 female, 1single egyptian all I can handle in that size. But love it looks really tuff when it walks tall. Like my uro's and tortoise.

Iv always wanted an african spurred tortoise. A friend of mine has one and it just walks around the house.

Mine was the size an old silver dollar when I got it. It's about 9"long and abouts 6"wide. It's growing really fast. It will live out side in a few years.

I wish i could find one to adopt..The boyfriend said im not alowed to spend anymore money on buying reptiles. I had so many when i met him..i had a reptile room plus my bed room full. But back then i was breeding the dragons and Tegu's . When i moved in with the BF i condenced everyone down to a room..and now over the years im only left with what i have now..but i would like to get down to only acouple soon. Ill always have atleast one reptile in the house as long as i live! Lol
