anyone heard of PRECISION ADVANTAGE?

had a patient the other day tell me her son ended up with a brand new coop he doesn't need and is looking to sell it. I'm always looking for a deal (plus more room means more chickens!! so he sent me a picture of the tag from it but i can't find anything about this brand?? it has a picture of the coop and explains the features. French paragraph at the bottom too, no other languages though other than english. it looks to be a Precision brand? Says The Precision Advantage. anybody ever heard of them or know anything? he's asking $400....
