White crested blue polish seen them and won't them but I need info on them

R they good layers? R they nice? Ss oveAnd if u breed them will the blue pass over

I haven't had many. They were okay layers. One was on the spazzy side. The color blue does not breed true.

blue x blue = 25% black, 50% blue, 25% splash
