ANYONE HERE A 4-H PROJECT LEADER FOR POULTRY?

I will be involved in such starting September 1, 2013 and looking for pointers.

This is my first year and we just completed the county fair. I will help any way I can. What are your big concerns?

I was for this last year. I'm a newbie so not sure if I can help much but I'll try.

I will be assisting the poultry leader for my area club and leading the beekeeping projects for county. I am looking for insight into methods used, especially with poultry. We are hurting with respect to numbers of participants and I need to get more numbers involved.

Sorry but I don't know anything about beekeeping.

I got a good handle on chickens and bees. My limits are most apparent with respect to the project leader role.
