Anyone here like Lamb?

Most of the one's for goat or lamb would probably be interchangeable according to what you had on hand, wouldn't they be?
Yes. I didn't know who would be reading..... Some don't know. I think goat is a bit greasier and I do remove a bit of it while cooking.
 
I like venison too. A friend gave me some ground elk, but I need to figure out if I just cook it up like hamburger or what.
I have never had elk before but I have heard very lean meat. You would want to add some fat to it. My son took me to a Tia restaurant. They got me hooked on it. I found a butcher that does goats and lambs.

Most people add pork to meat's that are dry for fat, but with as much pork that is on recall recently I think I will need an alternate or just wait until the pork is doing better.
