Anyone here live in a neighborhood and have guineas?

We have 1/2 acre and live in a neighborhood. We currently have 13 chickens (one being a rooster) and so far our neighbors have no problem whatsoever. We live in the county and are allowed to have them, so that's not an issue.

I was just wondering if the guineas would be too loud and if they would constantly be going onto neighbors property. I really want 1 or 2 but realize that it may not be possible.
