Anyone here live is Kenosha county wiscon?

Im buying a home withabout 1 acre..I was planning on raising a few hens for eggs. I just found out in my unincorporated residential area that I cant get chickens unless its temporary for some 4H group or boyscots. Or unless I ask the town board and nieghbors withinfive hundred feet..***! Any short cuts to all this burocracy?
