We school using an cyber school in our state however the curriculum they use is available to anyone. It's called Little Lincoln, its pretty cute...they have guides for parents for each quarter and have a wide variety of subjects covered, even in the kindergarten school year it is more than what public schools (at least those around here) cover.

I am homeschooling but did not do kindergarten. I have a 3 year old who will be my first attempt at preschool and then kindergarten. Honestly I have not found any curriculum that I have liked for those ages. Its an easy age thankfully and so much can be taught through play at that age. I think if you can get a really good phonics program then everything else will fall into line. One website that I like is learningthings.com. Its one of many places I order from. I would suggest finding a local teachers supply store and wander their aisles. I find what I want and then look for it online at a cheaper price. Those places are pricy but you can look through the books before you buy. Amazingly enough I have found a fair amount of preschool stuff cheap so far on amazon.

me and my wife and family are religious, and we are homeschooling all three of our kids... My oldest boy will be starting this fall in Kindergarden....

we are going to use K12.com it is certifeid, and many of their graduates have went on to Harvard, Princeton, etc.

They offer online and distance throughout the united states, and because they are affliated with most local schools through the program, you kidsare still able to participate in school sports, field trips, and after school events(YMCA etc...)

My county also offers free little league to homeschooled kids, so that is cool:)

we went to about 12 differant homeschool programs, but found K12 is probably our best bet. They actually send your kid a computer to use and many supplies...

www.k12.com

also you can check out this :http://www.robinsoncurriculum.com/ - we almost went with it, but K12 fit our needs better....

God Bless

I used the ACE curriculum for all 3 of my kids. The website is www.aceministries.com. Actually, now that I'm thinking about it, I don't think I bought the ACE stuff for kindergarten. I just went out and got different workbooks that they sell at the bookstores and department stores. Kindergarten can be just kind of a hodge-podge thing. I made sure they knew their colors, letters, and numbers and were getting familiar with a clock. I also did little cooking projects that could help them get used to tablespoons, teaspoons, cups, and half a cup. Puzzles were also a big part of their lessons as I am convinced it helps with logic. We did bird watching and leaf collecting, too. Oh boy, their is so much you can do! I even taught them things in the grocery store. One time we did a project and they all had paper and pencil in hand as we compared prices in different stores! I'm sure people thought we were bizzaro but so what!

Good luck to you!

My daughter is in kindergarten this year and we ar homeschooling. This fall my son will be in kindergarten and she will be first grade and I will homeschool them both.
We absolutely love it.
We are going through the outreach program at the school, so the school provides our curriculum and we meet with the teacher one hour a week for her to go over stuff with us and to give me little tricks and games to enhance the curriculum.
