I'm not sure I can sell the baby! We'll see what happens she has the prettiest blue eyes!! I'm not sure I'll milk her this time around, I don't have any equipment for it or to make things from the milk cause I don't really like the taste of goat milk.....

It's a bit insane lol we also have 3 horses (2 are in Reno still), 2 cockatiels, 3 dogs, and 2 outside cats. Oh and 3 geckos

I have 1 dog (rottie), 3 cats (2 Siamese, 1 mutt), an Amazon parrot and my chicks, 1 Rhode Island red hen, 4 barred rock hens, 4 ameracaunas hens, 1 ameracaunas roo, 4 black copper marans pullets and 1 black copper marans cockral...or however you spell it. Lol.

I'm an addict lol my parents couldn't get me outta the petting zoo as a kid. I still want to play with the animals in petting zoos when we go places lol

I love rots, nice dogs! We have some small mutt thing, about 10 lbs, my hubby mini pit bull (supposed to be full size but he's tapped out at like 17 inches tall lol), and I have a retriever mix (she was supposed to be a Chihuahua.... Was told she was 3/4 months old, she was probably about 4-6 weeks, weighed about 5 lbs because of worms and malnourished, she weighs about 40 lbs at 5/6 months old lol), oh I love Siamese! They're awesome cats. Oohhhh Amazon, how pretty! I love parrots! I need to get my girls a bigger cage . That's not too bad so far! you'll catch up soon

We have some small mutt thing, about 10 lbs, my hubby mini pit bull (supposed to be full size but he's tapped out at like 17 inches tall lol), and I have a retriever mix (she was supposed to be a Chihuahua.... lol it is so funny I have 2 dogs (both mutts) 2 cats (Russian blue, and a gray tabby) and of course my chickens. I agree we live in a wet state but it can be managed. My coop has sand it the run so that it drains quickly and doesn't get muddy. They also love to take baths in it. I have solar lights inside my coop and we are actually building on to the coop today.

My rottie was a rescue. Well I kinda stole him cause he was being mistreated. Kept in a crate 23 hours a day and beat cause he would pee in crate. He was just a puppy! I had the guy bring him to visit, and wouldn't let him leave with him. Lol. Now he's a big ole baby. Totally committed to me. People are afraid of him but he's pretty harmless...unless he thinks I'm being hurt. Then he goes all fangs, slobbers and red eyed. Lol. He's afraid of chicks. Lol.
My sis gave me the siamese cats as a gift. They are registeted. The male is a snowshoe. Very pretty!
I bought my parrot when he was about a week old. Tube fed him. He's a mess. Calls people bad names...I swear I didn't teach him! Talks a bit. I actually have a huge cage I'm thinking about selling cheap. Its one that a person or two could get into. Its too big for my house. I paid almost $800.00 for it new. Its in my garage not being used. Its a heavy duty one. Can handle mccaws. Had a mulliccan cockatoo in it. He was a mess! Ugh...
No more pets for me! Except chickens and maybe, just maybe a dwarf goat. Lol. I actually need a dog for my rottie. My 16 year old dog died last summer and Tank, the rottie, is lonely. He misses her. I do too...

I just sold eggs to a new chicken buddy locally. He's a very nice young man, thinking about getting his first chickens. I told him to join us here...we're a great little Mountaineer chicken lovers group. Grin.

Do the solar lights have less of a chance of causing a fire? I worry running electricity out there!

Where can you get sand at? I'm from the desert, we didn't have to buy sand lol we had to buy and water our grass.... Totally different works for me!

I watched a guys dogs and he has two rots, when I'd take a bf with me to feed the guys animals, if the dogs didn't like them, they were gone lol they are good judges of character! I watched a guys dogs and he has two rots, when I'd take a bf with me to feed the guys animals, if the dogs didn't like them, they were gone lol they are good judges of character! So is my border collie mix I had to leave in Reno

They really are good judges of character. Tank knows if someones shady. He's such a good dog. Strangers are afraid of him, and I like that, being disabled and living alone.

I intended to breed the cats but he's a little bit...just a tad bit...he's not...well, he's gay. He has no interest. She howls and acts a fool when she's in heat, and he ignores her. Lol. 8 years and not a kitten. Lol.

If you're really interested in the cage I'll get measurements and stuff for you. Its an expensive cage...built really well. I thought about laying it on its side outside for the BCM's, but that's an expensive chicken tractor! Lol. It is like a small avary. It has door you can attach breeder boxes to. And has a small play ground on top. Its like 5 1/2 feet tall, and you can fit 2 people in it. Don't ask me how I know this. Lol!!! Id work with ya if you're interested.

I was a mess when I lost my older dog Bailey. Had her 16 years. She always was by my side when other friends weren't such good friends. I was having money issues, and my sister from Kansas City called and had her cremated for me. She's here beside me. Kinds sappy, sorry, but if you're a dog lover, you'll understand.
