I'm tryin to talk the guy I work with into getting some.. he says he "dont wanna raise them" hmmm thats the fun part.. I pick at him because he sales all his chickens in the fall and buys back in the spring.. he's not dedicated..LOL I wanted someone to growl with me about frozen water and feeding in the cold..

LOL Everyone loves to thaw out their frozen waterers! LOL I know I LOVE it! HAHAHAHA

I really love the frozen eggs! Those are the best! I sure hope you get him talked into it! Everyone needs a chicken buddy!

Why are they called cherry-eggers?

I honestly have no clue. I have heard them called Cherry eggers and production reds.
