Thanks for your interest, Yes bluetooths can be used by any phone, just because A model name isnt the same doesnt mean you cant use it with that phone.

Example: Just because a bluetooth is modeled as motorola doesnt mean you have to use it on a motorola phone, it can be any phone model.

Well These are NEW and still in their plastics. What I do is get them at a lower price and pass down those discounts to you guys!
