Anyone interested in helping me identify a chicken?

I too have a yardfull like these that I purchase specifically from a Texas Hatchery. Ideal Hatcheries. The bird you have I believe is what they created as a great laying hen <300+ eggs a year and a great meat bird if fed correctly. They crossed a white leghorn with a Cornish I think. They call it an " Ideal 236"
This is interesting, as I’m pretty sure that this bird also would have come from a Texas hatchery, and I think from Ideal. They were purchased at a Callahan’s in central Texas, and from what I can tell, with ideal being a major distributor and also nearby, they do likely get their birds from there.
 
I'm glad I found this thread! I have a gal that looks almost identical to yours! She was given to us along with 6 other chicks when they were 2 weeks old. We were told they're leghorns. But I have 1 girl who has the black legs and a few black feathers scattered throughout her body. I've been trying to figure out what she is!
