7/14/09 I completely forgot I have a standard size black cochin that will be breeeding too! So the mix will be so cool! I can't wait to incubate this first batch-
I've had a few people inquiring about eggs I should be getting in early fall-Perfect shipping weather-anyhoo-I have Lav silkie boys and Im breeding them to black frizzles-black polish-and black silkies-the black silkies are bearded the Lav silkies are not-Before I post pictures and such -is there any interest? I can do 6+ at a time ( after I verify fertility) I will have 2-3 hens per breed so the eggs will be fresh and sent within 2-3 days of being laid-I have 3 people on a waiting list so far-I thought I better ask BYC if anyone is interested?? I can also do mixed batches-some polish some frizzles etc..please remember-if you want mixed -it will depend on how many and who lays for the first 6 eggs plus an extra or more-If not it will take longer to collect all of 1 kind .If there is a want for these I will post pictures in the future and such to show them. Shipping and eggs is 20$ total for the 6+. A dozen eggs shipped are 38$ total. If there is not a big interest Im just going to incubate them and backcross to get straight Lav's and have fun with my project
