Anyone just want to talk chickens

i will not incubate, they are not "free range" but are in a very large run, my polish legs fairly well since polish are not bred for eggs, i think about 3-5 eggs a week, its hard to tell which are hers.
Are Polish well tempered ? I hear theyre pretty docile was just curious. I have a game hen that just walks around the yard , shes laid a clutch under a pine tree and is close to going broody soon

I have two bantams and four large fowl but sadly they're not free-range anymore but they live in a big run

My buff-laced wyandotte bantam went broody and I was planning to get some eggs or chicks for her but plans changed so I had to break her:( Ah well, it's better for her now not to be broody because she was losing weight and condition, trying to hatch a golf ball!
Good luck with you're broody!

Yeah, she pretty friendly, and quiet. When she was younger she was very skittish, because the feathers were covering her eyes. We some times trim them.

Will be adding more layers as they age to that point. / Will probably sell off a few of the older hens, not old but the ones I no longer need.

When I say adding anyting to their coop or run I mean chickens new run new coop etc yes. Ive built a new coop closer to my house ,but I don't have the money atm to put up the 100$ in fencing .

Same here, that's why it's going to be much later in the year when I get any new chickens, because I need to save up for the materials to make an extension!
