Anyone keep a heat lamp in the coop during the winter?

I have a
Porcelain base and a reptilian 100 watt heat element in my coop. I also just purchased a heated water bowl (like @SueT showed).

Heated Dog Bowl, $20 at TSC. I put it on 2 cinder blocks and then 1 block in front for them to step up on. I also put a salt water filled gallon jug in the middle. Keeps them from putting their comb in the water
