anyone know breed and gender of this

Think i have a rooster. Im too new to this to tell but its 5weeks old. The tail feathers out to a point and somewhat curve down. Not sure if you can see spurs on them this young but on each foot it has a bump or nub that none of the others have. If anyone knows tht be great

All chicks will get a nub there, regardless of sex.
Can you have that chick next to one of the same age for comparison? A more clear head shot will help, too.

Looks like a Production Red and it isn't showing any signs of being a cockerel yet.

Need better pics of whole body to tell. I thought it might be a RSL, but it could be a Production Red.
