Anyone know gender or breed??

Can anyone help me out? I was giving this chicken by a friend and I have no idea what breed or gender it is.

Do you know the age? Probably a female, Why is the chickey all wet?

Looks like my friend's partridge rock a little bit, it's probably partridge something. Rocks don't have feathered feet. It would probably be easier to tell if it wasn't all wet. Also probably a female.
