I found my mom's old stuff from 20+ years ago whilst cleaning out- the sparkly stuff was yellowed and clumpy and the regular color stuff had seperated.
However, I doubt yours is 20 years old. I think you're safe.
(Anyway, nail polish is cheap- if it looks odd go buy something new and fab!) (geez, talking about my mom must make me sound like her. Sheesh.
