Anyone know how to sex an EE?

Ok...Sooooo here it goes my first pix. I have a 12 week old EE and I've enclosed a pix of he/she. Can anyone tell by the pix if it's a male or female? I'm really hoping for a hen

Sorry but that is a rooster. The comb and wattles are too red at that age for a hen. Plus, he has a few bald spots. Roosters don't tend to feather in as fast as hens.
