Anyone know if this is a hen or rooster. Just got it today and dont want to introduce to my chickens until i know

She hasn't got back with me yet she said she will look in her books for the hatching date

Looks to be a hen at the moment, but silkies might very well be the hardest breed to sex.
Although I'd wait for her/him to crow before introducing.
