Hello.
Does anyone know what breed this year old rooster is?

I'm having no luck finding out what kind of rooster this is.

Where did you get him? Do you have a picture that isn’t blurry?

He has a pea comb, and his color doesn't look like any breed I can think of.

So I guess "Easter Egger." (Chicken of mixed ancestry, often but not always having a pea comb, where the females lay blue or green eggs.)

Commonly available from major hatcheries, sold in feed stores, popular with people who want colored eggs and pretty chickens.

American Game Fowl I'd assume. Pea comb doesn't mean EE. @centrarchid Does this look like a game to you?

He looks a lot like an American Game. Looks heterozygous for silver allele based on goldish saddle. Bullstag, likely late season 2019 hatch date. He could almost pass for one of mine, blue legs and all.

American Game can come in pea comb, straight comb, or and rarely rose comb if Spanish Game in background.
