Anyone know this breed?

Looks like a White Rock to me...but it could be a number of things.

With due respect, it looks too dark to me to be a White Rock chick and what I can see of the toes doesn't appear to be yellow (of course the toes could be darker than the legs above them). I definitely agree that it is too young to identify with any degree of certainty at this point. I would post its pic again in about 6-7 weeks. By then the breed and gender should be pretty obvious.
 
Michael O'Shay has a good point...the lighting makes the whole picture look rather dark which I tried to account for, but the chick itself does look a bit darker...some of the White Rocks do get pretty dark...so it is hard to tell. If it begins to feather in with white feathers it will likely be a WR...definitely show pics later, around 6 weeks of age or when most of the real feathers come in.
