Don't know what breed, but that is a cockerel

It's male, and I'm not sure what breed. I thought maybe a blue wyandotte but the legs are the wrong color, and the body isn't quite right either. I'm stumped. He's quite pretty, whatever he is.

Thank you! Yes, we think he's very pretty.. Keeps changing still! We got our bunch from Ideal. We were suppose to get a couple of Wyandotte's but don't think any of them were those.. His legs are grey and originally he was all grey and now he's got all the beautiful shiny black feathers also.
