Anyone know what breed this pair might be?

They are super tiny.. were given to me.
I'm worried about putting them in with my other existing girls- australorp, small black bantham, leghorn,and a small mixed red hen

I agree with japanese, although I think I see a little white in the roo's earlobe, maybe Dutch? Also the hen holds her tail very differently than mine.
